It is the competitors responsibility to display appropriate ribbons in their horses’ tails whilst attending any event at Dean Valley. Stallions MUST also wear bridle disks. Guidance for ribbon colours can be found online. Failure to abide by these guidelines may result in you being asked to leave the show ground.
By making an entry to a Dean Valley Event, you agree to accept our terms & conditions which are highlighted on the booking page and can also be found on our schedules.
Withdrawals made before the times are published can be carried forward to another competition. After this date no refunds can be made as we incur expenses. The dressage & unaffiliated show jumping schedule for each event shows the cancellation policy. For British Showjumping rule 79.5 will be applied. Cancelled entries in accordance with rule 79.5 will be refunded @ 50%.
If we have availability in British Showjumping and Unaffiliated Show Jumping late entries or entries on the day will be charged £5 to cover admin.
Juniors are 16 years and under on the date of competition.

To enable us to continue to run competition and training activities whilst safeguarding the welfare of horses all venues will be carrying out passport checks on arrival.

Stabling is avaialble for single night occupation on both Friday and Saturday nights 23rd and 24th April Respectively, just select the night that you wish to arrive.

All classes will be run as drawn order which will be published a minimum of 24 hours before the show date. All entries must be made prior to the closing date according to the schedule. Late entries may be considered in the event of an existing competitor withdrawal however, all requests must be submitted in writing to dvliverycomps@outlook.com and are not guaranteed – full pre-payment must be taken for any entry to be accepted. Surcharges for late entries may apply.

If applicable, tickets to ride must be pre-purchased from www.britishshowjumping.co.uk and details must be entered into the notes section of your entry – we are unable to process any ticket entries without valid ticket codes.
