It is the competitors responsibility to display appropriate ribbons in their horses’ tails whilst attending any event at Dean Valley. Stallions MUST also wear bridle disks. Guidance for ribbon colours can be found online. Failure to abide by these guidelines may result in you being asked to leave the show ground.

Withdrawals made before the times are published can be carried forward to another competition. After this date no refunds can be made as we incur expenses. The dressage & unaffiliated show jumping schedule for each event shows the cancellation policy. For British Showjumping rule 79.5 will be applied. Cancelled entries in accordance with rule 79.5 will be refunded @ 50%.
If we have availability in British Showjumping and Unaffiliated Show Jumping late entries or entries on the day will be charged £5 to cover admin.
Juniors are 16 years and under on the date of competition.
EQUINE INFLUENZE OUTBREAKS IN UK
To enable us to continue to run competition and training activities whilst safeguarding the welfare of horses all venues will be carrying out passport checks on arrival.
There are separate Junior and Allcomers Event sections for the same date.
A Junior is 16 years and under riding 148cm pony and under.
A Junior cannot enter an Allcomers Class if they are riding in the junior section at the same height. A Junior must remain in the same section throughout the series to qualify. A Junior may enter the Allcomers section of another height but cannot qualify as both an Allcomer and a Junior.
